Fit was too tight out of the box. Needed to stone the slide to fit. Also the trigger reset slide pin did not match up with slide and a dremel with a small grinding wheel was needed to elongate the well about 0.010” Lastly, the hammer spring in the pistol frame was about 25lb factory. Reduced to 17lb and now everything works extremely well. Over 200rds of Rem Gold Bullet with zero failures. Slide lubricated with Frog Lube. With a little work this conversion works extremely well and is a joy to shoot. I really like how the slide locks open on the last shot.
