Aero missed the mark on this (niboron) - Aero Precision .308 Winchester Bolt Carrier Group

I couldn't figure out why my gun was misfiring. I had previously used a friend's BCG and the build was operating perfectly. Had a gunsmith check out the BCG, checked it over and he couldn't find anything wrong....except rough edges at the corners. Used friends BCG again, no misfires. This one is going back to Optics Planet. I do absolutely love Aero for most things, this was a disappointment though. Thank goodness for Optics Planets, will order a cryptic coatings NiBoron (since their coated ones are out until 2022).
