Aero is really bad with warranty personally i no longer trust aero presision - Aero Precision A2 Detachable Carry Handle

I sent Aero Warranty Ticket Because my A2 Carryhandle Sight was Dialed all the way down and it would not click into the 6/3 position all the way, every other carry handle sight i own locks or clicks in the 6/3 position this was not the case with the Aero it would only half turn but the two lines itched would not intersect and it was at full downward position.

RESPONSE FROM AERO WARRANTY

Sir,
The photo shows the rear sight in the full downward position. It can't go any farther past the surface of the carry handle body.
And it's 6/3.

I called back and said why did your rep not do anything with the ticket and just respond with the obvious? the rep on the phone came back and said he didnt mean what he clearly stated via email and they will send me a shipping label so I can send it back and after that they will inspect it to make sure it theirs and then after that they will see what needs to be done ? wtf how bout send me a new one b/c I spend thousands with your company.

I buy AERO every chance I get and for a $67 item they Lost a Really good customer. (I NO LONGER TRUST AEROs WARRANTY AFTER DEALING WITH SUCH A SMALL ITEM)
