Aero Precision AR15 mil spec carry handle
These handles have the square forge indentifying mark used by Brass Aluminum forge. This is the same source that both FN and Colt use for their carry handles. This is a top quality part. These may actually be FN handles, and not Aero Precision. The person who gave these a 1 star rating does not know...

Big view of competitive products???
Looked at just about every A2 carry handle available and choose Aero Precision. Will admit cost was a consideration but paramount was quality, fit and serviceability. To me fits all parameters. Well made and accurate, tight tolerances superb fit on rail. So far no complaints. Very happy with purchase and have recommended to others.

best you can get without having conplete a2 upper
Solid. Spot on . 3 clicks left out of the box put me in the red at 100 yards. If I was at the carnival I would have e we on the prize. Mounted on a 10.5” 9mm. With a2 fsp. This isn’t cheap Chinese plastic. This is all business iron no optics needed
Pros:
- well machined
- Hold zero
- Solid construction.
- smooth function of windage
Cons:
- shipping packaging is terrible
Best Used for:
- them old school iron addicts
- engaging targets when targets appear

Make your newer gun look old again!
If you’re looking to put a Carry Handle on your flat top AR, this is a solid option. I got this as a slightly cheaper option than a Unity mount for a Romeo 5. I put the Leupold carry handle picatinny accessory on mine so I have good usable irons as well as a high mounted red dot. Works great so far, but there is a lot of tolerance stacking… so we will see how it holds up.

Looks nice but poorly machined
Ill say whats good about this carry handle first. Its mil-spec(measured shelf height), it looks good with a nice flat black anodizing thats even and free of blemishes, when clamped to an upper receiver the front lines up with the receiver perfectly, rear sight assembly is mil-spec and high quality, the windage knob has nice positive clicks as does the elevation drum.
Now the bad. The hole cut in to the handle for the rear sight assembly is too large and rough. It allows the rear sight assembly to tilt rearward considerably. Due to the oversized hole and the roughness from when it was cut when you try to use the elevation drum it binds. Raising the rear sight assembly feels rough and you can feel "pressure" on the drum as you turn it. However lowering the rear sight is where the big problem is. The sight is so canted in the rough cut hole that it us very difficult to rotate the elevation drum. I tried oiling it despite it coming very greased but it didnt help. Its so hard to lower you really cant feel the clicks and pushing down and forward is nessisary when you get about one rotation from fully lowered. Also, due to the above issues the rear sight will sometimes twist to the right when elevating and stick there instead of returning to a left twist like its supposed to because of the spring and detent built in to the rear sight assembly.
It is possible I got a very defective one but I should never have received this handle in the fiest place. The problem is so blatantly obvi...

An awesome way to mount an ACOG in my opinion
The title says it all. I wanted to mount an ACOG to a carry handle and this one was perfect! Also you can see the irons through the channel at the base of the Trijicon optic.
