I was pleased with my recent purchase. Super fast shipping. This is not my first experience with Areo Precision I have lowers and parts kits. All the parts service well and conform to Mil-Spec standards this upper was no different. I disassembled the the upper and checked the gas port and block all was tight and secured. The feed ramps looked cut and positioned correctly. I checked headspace after assembly and was good to go. Read the options closely as this purchase doesn't come with BCG or Charging handle. I was attracted to this purchase because of the price and prior experience with Areo. With this upper and all the extra stuff in the safe I slapped together another AR-15. I took it to the range and fired 4 mags with zero problems. It does seem a little over gassed and note the upper was drilled for a carbine gas system. I do like this MOE handguard. It is slim and trust me they will not fall off (very Tight). Let's Look at it, you may not take it into combat but if it is your only rifle it would serve you and the purpose. H-MINUS

I’ve been keeping my eye out for a good priced Aero Precision upper. Optics Planet had a promo and on top of my store credit and rewards points, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and the price. I like the A2 front sight gas block and the magpul handguard. I sighted it in at the range and blew up some explosive targets.

Great upper and quality parts at a great price! Fits on lower with no “wiggle”. MOE SL hand guard adds a sleek profile. I do wish it came with an option for a BCG and charging handle in the package. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased this to finish a build. I was looking for something budget friendly but also high quality. I have never been dissapointed with aero precision and this time was no different. The Magpul handguard matched nicely with my Magpul stock and grip.
