Top notch item. The only thing is that on the description it said it had a longer hand guard but when it got here it was way off

Forged upper that mates perfectly to a milled Seekins lower and would expect it to mate to any other quality milspec lower and would buy it again if it matched my next build type. I just slapped it on and did not separate the guard or barrel from the upper.

This upper is truly amazing. It is lightweight enabling you to move quickly. CQB, CQC the mobility with this upper is just awesome!

Very impressed with the speed and quality in which I received. As soon as I got it, I took it completely apart and it was flawless. It was put together correctly and with pride.

This is a great shooter. HBAR adds a touch of weight but not much. If you are on the fence get it. Matched well with an Aero Precision lower. No flaws in the materials at all. This is my third Aero Precision build.

I'm a first time AR builder, and being new like I am, I decided to try out Aero Precision since I had heard that they offer good quality for a relatively budget friendly price (as budget friendly as gun ownership can be). Turns out what everyone says is true! The assembled upper I received is a very good option for someone like me looking to ease into building their first AR, or for someone who just wants something quick and easy to install that they know is going to work. My one gripe I have isn't even a fault of Aero, in that my ideal handstop placement happens to interfere with the gas block, but that's more due to my length of pull and preference of hand placement than anything else. Over all, a great product at a great price point!

Building my first AR and I read a lot of different reviews and opinions of which uppers and the ones that were the best and I have to say that I kept on coming back to Aero products. So happy I went with this M4E1. It’s pretty light compared to others. I have the FDE and the finish is awesome. It installed easily with my lower, no issues. Planning out my second one and I’ll definitely be purchasing more Aero arts.

I begrudgingly bought this upper to make my AR Pistol "legal" (it was until they changed the rules overnight) and not have to worry about ATF showing up wanting to violate me.

How's the rail?

The rail is SUPER slim! Not sure how I feel about the top non-rail, but it is light and very rigid. A-

The forging on this thing is top notch. The finish is flawless and couldn't be happier. A++

How does it shoot?

Okay, so I had very little expectations regarding accuracy. I was expecting 1.5-2.5 MOA and would have been happy with that. I was so shocked to see this thing is a TACK DRIVER! I was shooting .70-.80 MOA all day with Winchester 55gr ammo. This barrel outshoots my Geislee, Wilson Combat and DDM v7 AR barrels even with crappy ammo. This thing LOVES trash ammo! Shot brass and Wolf steel cased ammo with zero cycling issues. A+++

Overall thoughts:

10/10 would recommend

This lightweight, inexpensive, super accurate upper is a winner. Grab a BCG and charging handle as it is not included with this "complete upper", but for the price and performance who cares!
