Most Helpful Positive Review Great upper, Aero never disappoints
First off be aware that Optics Planet has the wrong uppers pictured. They are showing the models w/o the A2 front sight but if you check the model #s that is what you will be receiving. In my case that’s what I wanted. The upper itself is top notch. For now I have mine on a mil-spec lower in a pistol config but ultimately it will go on an Aero M4E1 lower that will be registered as an sbr. Fit & finish is excellent, as is my usual experience with AP. The one piece upper/barrel nut is solid, this feels like the monolithic uppers I’ve handled. Good, reliable upper.

I got this to swap with a 20” RR varmint upper that was quite heavy. It was super accurate, but not that fun to carry…. This is much lighter, and I haven’t lost any noticeable level of accuracy. AP has a good reputation, and with an 18” barrel I don’t expect any issues.

Great SPR Upper

The Ballistic Advantage SPR barrel in this Aero is excellent. With M855 62gr it's punching 1.2" groups on average at 100. I sure someone could do way better with a better optic. It's far more accurate then I am. I'm just Using a cheap 3x prism temporarily. For the price it punches way above it's weight. The hand guard is very round and just perfect for this setup. More ridged than the Atlas handguard and perfect platform for a LPVO or full size scope and bi-pod. I would highly recommend this upper.

Aero Precision M4E1 AR-15

Great upper for more of a long range build I was going for. Seems to be well built and it cycled fine with 5.56 FMJ, SilencerCo charging handle, mil-spec BCG, and suppressed. One thing to note is the weight; seemed to be a bit heavier than my other barrels.

AR upper receiver 10.5 inch

Bought the Aero Percision AR upper. Love it, smooth, easy to install and have no issues so far. Rail is smooth and all screws seem very secure. Fits on my spikes tactical lower very well and fit well with a generic BCG. Will probably upgrade the BCG but this seems to work just fine

Light weight, reliable, and good looking. Bust most of all, very affordable. The finish matches my M&P lower great and ports on hand guard makes it a lot more lighter than the 7.5 upper I had before. OP was outstanding with shipping. Very happy with the purchase.

Aero precision 10.5” pistol upper

The upper worked right out of the box. It has a carbine length gas system so it’s not over gases. The rail is a bit bigger around but not overly large. All in all I would say that this is a good deal the accuracy is decent.

Definitely was nice being able to get this for my first build, I hear upper assembly is the most tedious part & thanks to this I won’t have to find out!

It matched up perfectly with the m4 lower & has plenty of mounting space, went from the front all the way to the magwell on the bottom so you can get perfect placement with all of your tactical add-ons

Very satisfied

This upper is very well put together. Very happy with the look and feel. Took it to the range and tested it out. Very accurate, smooth, and handles great. The SPR barrel helps with tight groups. Shooting 68gr match ammo and could stack rounds in the bulls. I highly recommend and very satisfied with optics planet.
