Hbar m4e1 atlas 16in upper. - Aero Precision M4E1 16in Threaded 5.56x45mm Complete Upper Receiver with Flash Hider

I paired this with an Aero M4E1 lower decked out. With an optic, BUIS, batteries in the stock, sling and flashlight my entire build came out under 9lbs which is crazy with an Hbar barrel. It also shot sub 1" groups with an Eotech at 50 yards using m855. Hitting a man-sized silhouette at 300 yards was effortless. Haven't tried to shoot for groups at 100 yards with a magnified optic yet but I'm sure it's capable of moa. Quality also seems very nice.
