Great upper. terrible description - Aero Precision M5 16in .308 CMV Complete Upper Receiver with Flash Hider w/ ATLAS S-ONE Handguard

Optics Planet was quick to ship the upper. I received it way faster than I thought. So, thats good. However, regardless of the title, THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE UPPER! It does not come with a BCG or charging handle. Most other sites that sell complete uppers sell them...complete. when I contacted Optics Planet they said "complete uppers do not come with a BCG or charging handle." Wrong.
