The fit and finish of the Aero upper is excellent as expected. This is my first Aero product and I’m so far impressed. The hand guard is one of my favorites: lightweight, purposeful, and arrractive.

Ok, I’ve owned multiple Aero 308 uppers and will highly recommend them to anyone. One thing you should know is that no one is 100 percent happy with what they get without doing their own personal modifications to it like Gas buster Charging Handle, Heavier or lighter buffer weight and spring, adjustable gas block with or without bleed off meaning most adjustable gas blocks block gasses from entering gas tube resulting in gases blowing out barrel where as bleed off gas blocks gasses and blows out the blocked gasses from gas block itself out front like a piston driven gas system. The majority 308 builds aren’t 100 percent reliable without tinkering on. I’ve got multiple Aero 308 uppers and all have been setup for a specific purpose. My self defense imaginary end of world upper has Superlative Bleed off gas block, Lantac NiB enhanced BCG, Melonite treated gas tube, Geissele gas busting charging handle along with lower mods like Geissele 2stage trigger, radian 45 degree selector, SpringCo red buffer spring and so much more cause it’s modified for a specific purpose, running it like my life depending on it. Aero Precision is extremely reliable but again, no semi auto 308 is going to be perfect right out of the box unless everything I’ve listed above is already included and in the price specially tuned from factory. I’ve even had serious issues with my LWRC REPR MK2 to where the gas settings just wouldn’t adjust correctly so I sold it after 3 visits to LWRC. I love my AERO PRECISIO...

I bought this upper for a WIP build knowing Aero is a great quality to value company when it comes to uppers and lowers, but I wasn’t expecting the fit and finish to be *this* nice. It arrived in absolutely perfect condition, not a flaw to be seen. Gas block looked straight and the inside of the receiver looked cleaner than a priest on Sunday, no metal shavings or anything of the like. I will have the build finished soon, and I’ll come back and update this review with the findings.

Optics Planet was quick to ship the upper. I received it way faster than I thought. So, thats good. However, regardless of the title, THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE UPPER! It does not come with a BCG or charging handle. Most other sites that sell complete uppers sell them...complete. when I contacted Optics Planet they said "complete uppers do not come with a BCG or charging handle." Wrong.

Good company, good quality. Comes without complete bolt carrier group however. Shipped within 10 days and arrived without issue. Note: I have not completed this build so there is no comment on fit, accuracy and functionality. Thanks.
