Atlas R-One M5 Handguard
Handguard looks and fits great on my M5 reciever. The only issue I had was the barrel nut wrench and barrel nut shims were not included in the mounting hardware as shown in Aero's Install Video. If this happens to you contact Aero Precision customer service.

Aero does it right… and wrong.
Perfect except for barrel nut. Using standard AR-Wrench plus torque wrench was a job to get it to grip properly. Needs a better design, however I was able to make it work (sheared off a few teeth in the process). Weighted it in and it works perfectly, while looking mean and distinct. Excellent q...

Color matches stag10 kodiak brown
Was concerned about matching the carpet to the drapes, but this fit the bill just right, well made and as pretty as can be .

This is no reflection on PA, after I received the HG I took it to my smith so he could install it for me, after he called for me to pick it up, I found out that the barrel nut wrench, torques tool or chimes where not included in the package. Very bad quality control on Aero's part, so much for my savings on the sale for this HG. I tried contacting them and received no response.

looks like ceracote than anodized
Its a nice handguard but i have anodized parts when i bought it, it looked like ceracote od green. But its still a good handguard. It fits nicely on my rifle and it works for the time being

Got the handguard. After searching all over it was in stock here and the price was better than their competitors. The item was packaged well and the install and fit for my lower was perfect.

Great piece, great quality
I built a Creedmore on the M5 platform and was very happy with the quality of pieces. Everything goes together as advertised and the pieces certainly feel like they will last the test of time. I gave 4 stars for one reason. I built this rifle a little at a time ( as the budget allowed ) which is what caused the problem. If you plan to buy colored pieces like this one buy them all at once. I bought the upper and lower and built them out first. Then I bought the buffer tube and hand guard. Although the color is very close I can certainly see the slight difference in the shade of green. Not a game stopper by any means but certainly something for you to consider.

M5 Atlas R One
Bought this hand guard for my AR 10 build. My Upper and Lower were anodized green. The 15 inch were sold out at most dealers. I found it on Optics Planet in anodized green and it was on sale. Looks great with the matching upper and lower

15” aero handguard
Came super fast, faster than from aero. Color was great, fit was perfect.

Good Handguard/Maybe ok barrel nut
I like the handguard, but it doesn't come with a barrel nut wrench. Aero doesn't even make or sell a wrench that fits this barrel nut. Aero has a horrible return policy so I can't return the Atlas wrench I ordered from them. They say a "standard" wrench fits. 0/2 with standard wrenches fitting. 3rd wrench is on the way, hopefully that one fits.
