Using this on an 11.5 ar with Epsilon 5.56 this did a great job of keeping the concussion forward of the shooter (me). Just adding this for the 200 words which is totally not necessary because I only needed 1 sentence to describe my experience with this product.
Pros:
  • Worked out great at an indoor range.
Cons:
  • You still get fireballs and blast in your face from the top ports of the brake but you wont need 2 sets of earpro. lol
