The only comp I would consider
I was hesitant to run a comp and in all honesty I wanted the slide to extend the same distance as my light (surefire x-300U). After watching Aaron from sage review this thing, it seemed like it was worth the risk. I slapped it on a shadow systems mr920 and the competition hasn't given me a single issue. once I hit2000 rounds through it I am going to move my front sight up to the comp. REALLY IMPRESSED with this after all my skepticism of running a comp! (this is on my EDC)

effective comp
Purchased one for my Glock 19 Gen4 with S3F threaded barrel. Installation was easy. Shot about 400 rds (various 115gr and 124gr), it worked flawlessly with the factory guide rod. With a lighter 15lb recoil spring and the Glockstore tungsten guide rod, the gun shoots even softer and flatter. The hotter the ammo, the flatter it shoots (S&B and +P).
Note: often times the slide doesn't lock back when the mag is empty although the gun cycles just fine.
The overall setup fits in my Glock 34 holster.
