Does fit +5 after Use.
When i did get this mag extension initially it didn't hold the +5 that it promised. But after unloading and loading it a few time the spring finally gave way and was able to get the full +5 into the magazine. It required quite a bit of force to get the last two rounds into it but after the first time it was fully loaded i haven't has issues loading the +5 into the magazine. Assembly on this mag extension is a pain in the butt. Function wise there are no issues that i ran into while using the magazine with this extension on it.
Pros:
- Does hold +5 rounds
- Easy loading after breaking the spring in
Cons:
- Pain in the butt assembly process
- Requires force to get last 2 rounds into the mag extension after inital assembly
Would recommend: Yes
Terrible Does Not Do +5
Got two of these and completely disappointed. One got my +3 and the other +2 when it’s advertised as +5. Installed and reinstalled and no luck. What is supposed to be a simple product turned into a complete headache. Returning them and getting Taran Tactical
