Harry's Review of AGM Global Vision Rattler TS25-256 25mm Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope
We have 30 acres cross fenced for the goats and 50 more that’s wild. I watched a coyote in an adjoining open field at about 450 yards come out and run the bar ditch towards me. At four hundred yards I couldn’t dial in the image but I could tell by way the heat signature moved it was a coyote. He came up the bar ditch to where a deer had lain after being hit and when he popped his head up, about 65 yards out, I put a 70 grain Barnes copper bullet in him. He dropped like the proverbial sack of potatoes. I had put a focus ring extension on the TS256-25 which makes fine tuning what you are looking at a piece of cake and doesn’t distract you from getting the shot. The quality of the thermal scope image is (to me), amazing. Looking at the goats as a reference through the scope I would be very comfortable taking 100 yard shots. When sighting in I could get four shots in the cut out bottom of a 10 ounce 7up can at 100yards screwed onto cardboard with the sun warming it up, with about an inch and a quarter spread. Plenty good for me! On coyotes, hogs and the odd big cat it more than fills the bill, given the layout of our fields. The more I’ve used it (almost every night) scanning our fields I can tell what the heat signature is a long ways out until I get positioned call it in. I am much more than happy with my purchase as the majority of my shots are at less than 50 yards in the black of night. Thank you AGM. I am in no way being compensated by the company and this is my personal and honest review of the product-way to go!
