I bought this scope primarily for hog hunting. I have taken it out a few times and it works flawlessly. You can identify hogs, deer, racoons, and opossums at over 400 yards with no problems. It is nice to be able to remove it from the gun and scan with it while detached from the gun. I also am still on the original charged battery I used to sight it in. It is a great buy for the money and would highly recommend it.
Pros:
- Very clear.
- Very affordable.
- Very light and versatile.
Cons:
- It was a little hard to get the parameters saved. Be sure to only hold down the menu button for 2 seconds. This was later suggested by AGM.
Best Used for:
- Hogs and coyotes
