50-640 varmint LFR great unit

The varmint was a great choice for me . I was a little concerned with the field of view but all the other pluses the clarity,LFR, button and menu functions great unit holds zero like a champ !
Pros:
  • So many just look at all the options they work as they state
Cons:
  • Focus ring a little tight to get to. , put on a 3D printed one on simple fix for cold with gloves
Best Used for:
  • Would get by on close shots with 2.5x base and no worries out 250+

AGM varmint 50-640

Awesome sharp image for thermal. I was Surprised the tiny mount works well holds zero perfectly got a coyote at 150 yards. Only gripe is battery life is only 3-4 hours it does come with 2 batterys and charger. But when it gets down to 1 bar of battery the lrf wont work on my unit so thats a bummer but the pro is you can always buy more batterys or bigger external batterys
