I don't get it
If they would go up $200.00 on the price and called it "The Professional" they wouldn't be able to keep them in stock. It would still be better than most sights at that price range. If you know anything about red dot sights, you will love this one. Everything from the dot size, brightness, mounting ...

Unfortunately not what I had hoped
I don't know if I got a bad item, but this red dot was not bright enough to be seen even indoors with the lights on. I purchased for a 22 rifle (for plinking, so I didn't want to invest much in this sight). I am returning the item to look for something else.
Excellent red dot
This is the second Aim Sports red dot I have purchased. I have gotten great performance out of them, they are durable, hold zero, and have long battery life. It is a compact sight that especially works well on a short barrel rifle, bullpup, or anything where you are trying to maintain a low equipment profile.

AIM Red Dot
It was $30 well spent. I bought it for a BB gun and it’s fine for that. The Red Dot is not crisp, looks more like the Walmart yellow asterisk logo. I wouldn’t put it on an AR. I’m not knocking it, just saying to pay more for good tools!
Pros:
- Looks cool
Cons:
- None

Aim Sports Micro Dot is a good product
Aims Sports Micro Dot is small but it is what I was looking for as I prefer small micro dots on pistols. However, I put two of these on rifles: a Henry lever action and a Ruger 10/22. They work fine, and both the green and the red dots are nice and bright even in daylight. There is a problem in that there are no directional arrows on the zero adjusting screws. Had to figure it out, and it is easy to get confused: up counter-clockwise;left clockwise.
Pros:
- small, light, bright dots, includes battery plus extra one, is inexpensive
Cons:
- Fits the weaver rail and not the smaller Picatinny, no directional arrows on zero adjusting screws
Would recommend: Yes

Must Have Gotten a Bad One - Hopefully Replacement will Work
Inexpensive Red Dot. I got this for a new build. I zeroed the dot easily first time out. Second time out the zero had shifted. I re-zeroed and it seem to hold good zero from that point on. I decided to shoot the gun at my next AR-15 match. On the first stage, the dot turned off after the first shot. I was able to get it back on by adjusting the knob. I thought this was an odd problem, so I changed the battery with a fresh one and tried again at the next match. The same thing happened midway thru the first stage. Something on the inside or the controls don't like recoil (223). Now, I've been waiting about a month for the replacement. We'll see if it is worth the wait.

WoW ! Only $30...buy 2 or 3 !
I purchased this item just to see if I liked the size and how "these" small Micro's work on my SBR. Then, I would purchase a "NICE ONE"...Folks, I am really impressed. This lil micro is BRIGHT..BRIGHT ! Bout half power is all I need for High Noon sunny days. I've tried to get the reticle to wash out, without success. Only time will tell how it takes the abuse of an AR, but for now, I'm gonna shoot it until it fails...well, my Wife will...she stole it for her SBR. Can't go wrong for the money
Pros:
- Price
- very bright
- Hold zero
- cowitness with iron sights
- Quick install & removal
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Close / intermediate engagement
Would recommend: Yes

Great little Red Dot
I've bought two of these so far. I put them on my S&W Victory .22 and on the Browning Buckmark .22 pistols. They are easy to sight in, and quality seems to be great. I replaced another red dot that I was using and I like this a lot more.
Pros:
- price, quality,
Cons:
- none so far
Best Used for:
- works great on .22 cal pistols
Would recommend: Yes

Great Red Dot for the Coin
I needed a simple, reliable, micro red dot sight for a Ruger 10/22 takedown that didn't cost a bunch, used a common and readily available battery source (CR3022) and offered a graduated red and green light source. This AIM Sports 1x20 dual illuminated Micro Dot fit the MOS perfectly. It was so mission perfect, I purchased a second sight for my companion Ruger 10/22 TD. Don't think I will subject it to the abuse of 12-gauge shotgun recoil. The soft recoil impulse of the Ruger's 22-cal LR should keep this optic good to go for the foreseeable future. It doesn't have the convenient mid-stops to turn off the battery in between the numbers like some of the higher-priced red dots, but what do you want for $35? Simple is good...wait for a 10% off sale and simple costs even less. We'll see how these hold up over the long haul, but they didn't break the bank...my other red-dots are $650 Trijicons, so these AIM Sports red-dots were very affordable!
