Perfect for the price
Fits the aero m5 upper perfect. No sharp edges , low profile barrel but so there is no indexing. There is a notch that lines up with the upper so it doesn’t rotate Once everything is tight it is nice and solid

Marginal quality, overall
The handguard itself is just okay. The material is much thinner than other handguards I have, but it works. My main problem is with the included barrel nut. The threads were extremely rough with lots of burrs. I put anti-seize on the receiver threads and ran the barrel nut on by hand. I torqued it, ...

Love the guard but I have issues
Bought the guard for my 308 build. Nice guard color is off though. Largest issue is the barrel nut. My unit didnt come with one as they forgot to include it. Contacted the AIMs and my issue still isnt resolved. I may return the product as I cant use it.

Great product and a good price.
The only 13.5inch m-lok rail for my 308 build I could find. Solid build, only issue is the internal anti-rotation mechanism. This anti-rotation piece of aluminum sits on top of the gas tube. Once place on the gas tube, it would not fit in the rail. I had to grind it down to fit. Still a good purchase. Just expect to do some grinding. I think that is going to be true for any DPMS 308 build. Do your research before hand. Not as easy as an AR-15 build.

Good for the money
Just stuck this on my dpms lr308 and the handguard itself if definitely worth it,my only 1 complaint is that the barrel nut was so thick the gas tube lays on it and I had to put pressure on the tube downward to get it to line up to the gas block. I slightly filed the nut where the gas tube and the receiver are to flatten that spot slightly to help but that's really my only complaint about the handguard.

Easiest Update to an already beautiful gun.!
This fore stock is awesome and low profile. I replaced my old cheese grater one that was rough on my hands. I was able to install my bipod and a few other things with ease. I recommend this product!!

Aims Sports AR-10 Handguard
I found the Aims Sports Handguard for the AR-10 to be of decent quality for the Armalite AR-10 I plan to use it on. The fit and finish are excellent, and the design is especially useful for a target/sniper weapon. I would recommend this handguard for any AR-10 user who is out for every 1/8 inch in reduction in group size.

What a massive change to my AR10!!!
Wow….this is such a perfect upgrade. Well worth the money guys. I put a MagPul angled fore grip and the mlok rail cover type 2 on it. It is truly a beautiful piece of artwork and functional. Just buy it and do yourself a favor.

Good guard.
Price was the original selling point, but when I received it I could already tell this was a good handguard. AR10 handguards ate normally very pricey, but this one is a steal for what you get.
