AIM Sports Inc M-Lok Handgaurd for H&K 91 Carbine Variant
I needed a better alternative for my C93 HK clone than the original ugly HK handguard. I saw Aim Sport H&K 91 Carbine aluminum M-Lok handguard and said I think this would do nicely. I ordered it from Optics Planet at a Excellent Price plus Free Shipping! Received order in 4 working days... Wow. Very easy to install but had to remove the carry handle which is also ugly so I didn't mind doing it which was also easy. Now my C93 Looks Awesome and has functional M-Lok handguard for mounting rails and vertical grip. Love It! Thank You Aim Sports and Optical Planet.

not a bad handguard
The handguard itself feels fine but when mounting it to my rifle I got a unusual amount of play in it even though I've got to screw completely tightened down it still slides side to side forward and backwards and while it's not enough to come off the rifle it is a little irritating was going to look to see about making some type of shim or wedge to better secure it
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- Does not fit properly

Review of product
Good product and value but make sure you get the right size. It was vague on the web site about the length. This one is shorter than 12 inches. So if you own a PTR 91 don't buy this one. There is a longer version of this

Needed fitting but solid
Needed some filing to fit on my Century C93, but I am a Cerakoter, so it was destined to be refinished anyway.
Good solid fit after the light filing ans shaved precious pounds off of rhe rifle as compared to the HK wide forend with bipod.

H&K 91 handguard
Fit a bit loose on a C93 just put a spacer and it held up firm. Looks great over all and not too expensive. Light weight and mlok helped out a lot, you can pretty much mount anything you want. Would highly recommend to a friend!!

Excellent for the money
I replaced the stock "wide" handguard on my HK93K/HK33K clone with this, and it's a great upgrade. It locks up nice and tight, feels sturdy, looks good, and works with a left-handed charging handle. Other aluminum handguards have additional rail space on the right side that would interfere with that setup, so I was pleased to find this one. It's easy to recommend, especially at <$50.
Other notes:
-The picture makes it look like the handguard has a flat bottom, but that's an optical illusion. It's round/octagonal.
-The machining is overall good (no tooling marks I can see), but some edges are a little sharp. It's not like they're going to cut you, but they probably should have been a little more rounded/chamfered. This is especially nitpicky since just about everywhere you'd naturally put your hands is smooth- if you're not a metalworker, you might not even notice.
-Despite the light weight, the handguard feels sturdy. I don't feel any flex when it's in use, nor when holding it in my hand and squeezing hard. Definitely no feeling of flimsiness.
-I haven't tried to actually attach anything to the MLOK slots, so I can't comment on the functionality of those.
-I'm hesitant to even mention this since it's very likely my fault, but I had to do some minor fitting to make this handguard fit. The hole to secure it was too far towards the muzzle to match up with the hanger on my rifle (by maybe 1mm). Long story short, this is a home-built rifle and I probably welded the hanger in...
