Michael's Review of Aimpoint 9000SC Red Dot Reflex Sight

This is my first Aimpoint as I've been waiting for the proper gun & use for it. I installed this on a Henry lever action 45/70 that I'd like to use for a shorter-range deer & hog gun [up to about 150 yards or so].
I've only been to the range twice and find it easy to use & should be nice as a offhand sight for quick-action shooting I anticipate. The looooooong battery-life is a huge plus!

  • Super long battery life
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • shorter range hunting [<200 yards]
