Sosa's Review of Aimpoint ACRO P-2 Red Dot Reflex Sight
Hello,
Started experiencing fogging issues and lint getting inside the glass. Also, I’ve noticed that the red dot on this gets dirtier than the Holosun EPS Carry. I’ve had the Holosun EPS Carry on another pistol for the same amount of time and similar round count, and it has had no issues. If you’re considering the Aimpoint, I’d recommend going with the Holosun EPS Carry instead. The only advantage I see with the Aimpoint is possibly the battery life, but I haven’t had to replace the Holosun’s battery in a year thanks to its shake-awake feature. The glass appears to have similar clarity; both are excellent. I’m going to try the Trijicon RCR next to see if it’s better than both the Aimpoint and Holosun closed-emitter red dots.
