Excellent laser
This thing deserves alot more recognition than it's getting. I've found the QD to be perfectly fine and reliable. It uses an innovative wireless switch that mounts to pic rails. Totally Unreliable
The QD mount is weak and has come lose with the unit totally detaching. The on/off switch has an on and off position, but the switch moves in 3 clicks. The laser has sporadically shut off and is now doesn’t work. Stay away.
Slow and Broke
When I ordered this item, I knew it was on back order. No big deal. However, it did take 16 days to arrive. I ordered the green laser and received the I.R. laser. So, I had to deal with the whole "return" issue. In addition, the remote switch housing was broken. It is made of a rubber like material and was split down the side. I don't know how well the housing would be once mounted as the switch housing is rather flimsy.

Will not turn on
The review came before the USPS delivered the sight so having two others and being satisfied I wrote the review. But upon delivery I noticed the battery being installed the correct + pole out, it would not turn on so I replaced it with one of my own. Still no operating Green Laser! The remote already had the battery install so I'm tempted to belive someone else had returned it! I'll be returning it for a refund!

Bad experience
I’m not sure if what I got was a previous return but package was open and mod button was cracked in multiple places along with the actual lasers rubber.
