Most Helpful Positive Review Cheap AK Side Moubt
A cheap alternative for mounting a scope to a Vepr. So far so good. I hope this will last. I mounted a cheap scope to a 30-06 AK and it has held up with no issues. There are better options out there, but for me this gets the job done. I will be buying another one for my 7.62x39 Vepr.

AK Double side rail mount

It took a little longer to come than expected. However, Optics Planet gave me other options should I wish to have a comparable product faster. I went ahead and waited for this mount and was not disappointed. It holds fast to my VEPR 7.62R and does not let go unless I want it to! This is a great mount and an excellent value.

AK style Optic and Light/ Laser mount

The rail mount for AK style weapons fit easily and securely, the QR lever is handy. Comes at a good price for the quality, only con is the mount obscures the front sight but with Optic and/or QR ..No worries. Would recommend.

AK scope mount

I haven't had the opportunity to use this yet. Mounted to a Century VSKA. Seems to lock down pretty tight after adjustment of the screw. 4 stars because it completely blocks the iron sight view. Shouldn't be a show stopper since it does have the quick release lever.

Mount was ok had to Dremel somke to make it fit my Wasr. But the best part was the shipping. Nine days. DHL seriously they are like the special olympics delivery service.

Nice Rail Setup

Easy to install. Works as expected. I've had no issues so far. The screw tightens with a flathead first and the Quick Disconnect lever serves its purpose well without affecting the fitment. I can't see my irons while using the rail. The qd takes 2 seconds to remove if needing to go to irons for backup.

Great addition to my AK

This rail mount was definitely a welcome addition to my AK. Easy installation, very snug fit, and great material quality, all contribute to the reliability of the product. Rail system has no wiggle at all on my rifle.

Ak Double side rail

Nice compact size and design. Fits will on the attached side mount It is easy to adjust and install with a guick release locking leaver. After several dozen rounds the scope mount was still in place no looseness, this was a very good investment.

Pretty good for the price

Compared to the prices for other types, this is a screaming bargain. Mounted mine on a WASR 10 and it fit like a glove. Took a couple of test fits to get the right clamp on it, give it a wiggle and slides right on and off. Holds zero very well.
Lowered 1 star for the actual screw on it. The Phillips head cross was way off center, not a little, a LOT. If you're a weight fanatic, you could probably drill holes to make it a little lighter.

Great Budget Option

Mounted this on my RAS47 two years ago and it works great with my Athlon 4x32 scope. I use this set up for Deer and Predator hunting and it's done a great job so far. I take it off after hunting season and both times I've only had to make minor adjustments when reattaching it to the rifle, which was a nice surprise at $22.
