All you need
For me, I see my self only using this tool once (I hope), so I didn't see the need for the "best of the best." This tool was as expected and is very reasonabley priced. Definitely high enough quality for what it's used for. not like it needs to withstand 20 ft.-lbs. or anything.
Pros: Price, sturdy...

needs refinement
it works great as a sight pusher but not so much as a front sight vertical adjustment tool. the notch for the front sight isn't wide enough to screw the front sight in and out. i took a file to mine to widen the notch. now it works but it should be like this from the factory
Broke first try
Made the mistake of going cheap, this broke on the very first try. Wasn’t able to use it or remove front sight post.

Right tool
This is the right tool for the job. Perfect if you're not an armorer, but an individual with a few ak platforms. Fit all my front sights and made easy windage and elevation adjustments. Would buy again, but won't need to.

- Decent

- None

Excellent affordable tool
This tool definitely does the job and seems to be quite durable. I’ve used it for three different AK variance thus far end it seems to make exceptionally clean adjustments. I’ve used it on two Serbian imports and one domestic manufactured Vityaz clone.

Simple and easy use
The sight tool is simple and easy to use.
Works great in my AK sights precise adjustment. Easy to place on sights and turn handle is free and clear. No issues using this product. A carrying case would be a nice addition, but for the price it’s fine.

ak/sks sight adjust tool
Ít’s really not reliable, I had ordered one and it broke on the first crank, then to have to go threw the extra to have it replaced, it’s really not worth your time nor money. Couple more dollar get a stronger one I guess.

Worked fine
Bought this tool to help zero-in three different firearms; PSL, WASR, and a PSA AKV. I had heard people saying that the hole on the tool was not large enough for the front sight windage adjustment block, but I never encountered this problem on any of my firearms. Nothing appeared to be bent or damaged upon arrival. For someone who primarily runs optics on AK’s, this tool worked fine for zeroing the iron sights. There are definitely better adjustment tools out there but if you are not planning on using the iron sights all the time this tool should work just fine for most AK/SKS platforms.
Pros:
- easy to use
- All metal construction
Cons:
- Not the highest Quality
- May not fit all AKs
Would recommend: Yes
Didn’t work for my arsenal
The windage adjustment works fine but the elevation post on my arsenal is “stuck” I guess and the tool was too weak to loosen it so it bent it and is completely unusable now. It would be just fine if your front sight isn’t too hard to move but I just went ahead and ordered the magnamatic for about $30 and won’t have to worry again
Pros:
- Cheap, will work if sight is loose
Cons:
- None

Broke on first use!
Unfortunately the part of the tool that adjust the front site post up and down broke on its first use. I would not recommend this tool going forward. I wish they had just made this tool a bit tougher in that area. The side to side use tool worked just fine.

- None
Cons:

Not by Itself...
So the four star explanation is necessary. I have had one of these sights in the past. This one from Optics Planet is my second one. The best AK tool on the market is the Magna-Matic, which I purchased after my original ak tool (like this one) broke. The windage function of this tool was always fine, but the lips on the elevation tool broke. After it broke, I got the Magna-Matic. Fast forward. I recently purchased a RH10 with a gas block, front sight combo. Because the Magna-Matic is completely closed, it does not fit over the non-traditional ak sight. Because this sight tool is open-ended, it works with the RH10. If I had kept my original broken tool, I could have just used that, as there was never anything wrong with the original tool's windage function. So the windage function works great, but the elevation tool has a weak point, especially on some aks where the spray on finish has "glued" the sight in place.

Good and bad
This works perfectly on my WASR 10 and easily allows for front sight adjustments on that rifle. How ever this does not fit on too the front sight of my Norinco SKS which is the rifle I originally bought it for. May be it will fit a Russian or East German SKS but sadly not my Chinese rifle. On the AK it is easy to use and there are lots of great videos out there showing you how to properly adjust your AK front sight.
