Not in the same class as egw - AIM Sports Ruger Mini-14/Mini-30 Ranch Rifle Scope Mount Rail

I think one would be better advised to buy the EGW. Its a much higher quality product, especially the mounting. I purchased the AIM product for a low cost experiment. The mount is not in the same league as the EGW. The EGW has machined lugs that fit in the grooves machined into the Mini 30 receiver, the AIM has little pins that are removeable and fit in little holes on the underside of the mount. The EGW has machined clamps that attach the rail on the side identical to the way Ruger does it on the rings they supply. Also the clamps are self centering. The AIM has none of these qualities. I will go back to using the EGW.
