Great alturnative to drilling & tapping...
Sturdy mount, reasonably priced, easy to install and return to stock configuration. 30 year old 870 duck & goose gun, turned deer slug gun, turned fun and home defense weapon. Perfect with Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot, Magpul furniture, extended three round mag and flashlight.
Fit for purpose
Easy to install, good instructions, identified the need to verify alignment for any potential windage issues. No issues with scope mounting or alignment. Checked weapon level and mount level prior to use. Reasonable to adjust.

Great way to mount an optic on your 870 shotgun
I got this mount for a friend who has an old Remington 870 a and wanted to mount an optic on it for turkey hunting. It is a easy installation by swapping out a couple pins. It fit perfectly and we mounted his red dot on it with no issues.
