THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE. I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR A OPTIC MOUNT FOR MY MARK RUGER MARK TWO. A MOUNT THAT WOULD ALLOW ME TO USE THE ORIGINAL SIGHTS,FOR QUITE SOME TIME. SO FAR NOT ONLY IS THIS THE ONLY ONE I HAVE FOUND.INSTALLING IS A SNAP. IT'S AMBIDEXTROUS. PUTS THE OPTIC IN THE BEST WEIGHT FORWARD POSITION. JUST ENOUGH TO HELP MITIGATE RECOIL. WITHOUT BEING SO CLOSE TO END OF THE BARREL AS TO FOG YOUR OPTICS.

Aimtech Pistol Scope Mount on the Ruger MK II

Mounting the Aimtech pistol scope mount on to my aging Ruger MK II was a snap -- just remove the two screws on the right side of the grip, remove the grip and using the original grip screws, screw the Aimtech grip on to the pistol where the Ruger grip was located. It took me longer to fetch the proper screwdriver perform this little job than it took me to install the scope mount. The Aimtech is super sturdy, ready for mounting your scope with Weaver type scope rings and you can still use your original Ruger sights.
