I usually go to Europe once per year to different cities famous for their knives and buy one or two (or three or four) nice knives. Due to Covid, I was not able to go this year so I treated myself to a blade from Aitor (the Oso Blanco). I read a lot about it before placing the order and since the manufacturer has a long history of making military style knives, I took a chance. Generally, I like to see and hold a knife before buying but that was not possible. When it arrived, I found that it was everything I had hoped it would be. It is one fine blade!
