In terms of pure function: it's much better than all others I've tried from 3rd party companies. However, the finish is horrendous. major difference
These things are a major difference and game changer. I have them on almost all my platforms

Perfect for some grip modules, pretty good for others.
I have a couple of these magazine releases and in the Sharps Bros. metal grip module, it works perfect! In the Icarus Precision Ace 365 Fuse grip module, it sticks out a little too much and with the thinner grip module, my support hand catches the top edge of it. Other than that, it's perfect!

- Don't have to break my grip to drop a magazine

doesnt fit/work
The mag release is just a touch short and doesn’t truly engage the magazine. Every trigger pull the mag falls out. Strike industry mag release works perfect though.

For the cost of this item everything should come with the item
Sig isn't a cheap firearm by any means. They are easily 1/3 more compared to their counter parts. From the firing pin to the grip module they truly dropped the ball on this firearm. Even after upgrades to their platform the aftermarket has this same issue. I bought a grip module which is $300 and doesn't come with a mag release and then this item again not cheap by any means doesn't come with everything needed to install onto the new grip module. The price is a costly upgrade but they want you to use the scrappy factory plastic parts to install this item????? Seriously nickel and dime you because the cost for this item while the 1 part is nice doesn't come with everything needed.......yeah petty bs.

This should come with the p365. Unfortunately, since it doesn’t, many holsters don’t accommodate it. Hence the -1 star

Much better than factory
I have small hands so I was hesitant to purchase this thinking that it may not be for me but I was wrong. I can reach it easier and the extension makes it much faster to activate and with no chance of hitting it accidentally. I love it.

fits perfectly on mischeif machine p365
It’s perfectly on the mischief machine. protrudes just the right amount and is angled appropriately. makes magazine release and exchange very smooth. I did get to and it was too big on the P365 regular size. The quality of the actual release seems very robust. I also like the orientation of the texture on the release.

Disappointed
So… why a three star….
I got home was really excited to get it installed. I am a new P320 owner. I didn’t realize I needed a Mag catch & magazine catch spring as well. I was so disappointed… overall seems like a really good Mag release. Now I have to wait for mag catch and spring
