Torque achieved
Nice precision cut part. Drops right in with relative ease. Torque from the left side is so much easier. Haven't tested besides dry fire practice. It's a nice part. Why aren't these more common or more affordable?
Great product
Super easy install first off. I’m gonna start with the downsides. It makes field stripping harder due to the lever being much stiffer. That’s pretty much the only downside. Gives great leverage during fire, feels natural if you’re using a “Stoeger” style of grip. If you have big thumbs you could run into a lot of slide contact so that will require further training with the add-on. Texturing on the pad is great and it feels solid.

- Field stripping is harder

Thumb rest
I really like this thumb rest on my vp9 tactical and would definitely install on my other guns but it’s too pricey for what it is. Cost/benifit ratio just not there.

Easiest and best upgrade after sights
This thumbrest makes the ergonomics of the grip even better. It was ridiculously easy to install, no tools required. I think this is the best upgrade for a pistol after night sights.

Improvment
Immediately notice reduced felt recoil at the range. Not even pushing it down hard, just by putting the thumb on the lever helped quickly getting back to the target. Very impressive.

Nice accessory
Don’t really have a problem with how the gun sits in hand, but I thought this accessory would be nice to try out. Honestly not something I would say is needed but it does feel a lot more comfortable having a thumb rest. A lot better control on the recoil.

The Align Tactical Thumb Rest is everything they say it is. More importantly it
is a big help on controlling muzzle flip, gives your support thumb a consistent location leading to more consistent shot placement when placing multiple shots. If there is a down side many holsters will not accommodate the additional width of the Thumb Rest. It is USPSA legal for Carry Optics. I recommend it if you are a serious shooter, I only wish I had bought it SOONER!
