For the price. you can't beat it! I've tried to stretched it out, but with the leather trim, you can't. So I'm confident that it will handle my 9 lb. rifle without losing it! The reason I bought this particular sling was because of its matching pattern and width without swivels. My rifle finish is stainless and the majority of this type of sling being sold only come with blued swivels. I then bought Uncle Mikes' silver swivels to match. Great combination.
