When I first ordered this barrel is was a bit of an experiment as I was not familiar with the brand. At the time I thought that I would use it as a stand in until my custom barrel arrived for a competition gun that I was putting together. I figured I could always find a purpose for it and if it was trash I would simply swap it out and throw it in the parts box with all the other mistakes I've paid for over the years. I will admit I was drawn to the appearance and figured I's give it a shot. I must admit my expectations were not extremely high due to the expensive finishes and the rather inexpensive pricing. The Krieger barrel I ordered was almost 2x the price, and to be expected. What I did not expect was the quality and accuracy of this barrel especially at such a cost effective price. I have gotten great results from it so much so that when my Custom barrel arrived I put this one on my duty rile. It holds consistent 1 - 1.25 moa at distance even after warmed up. As for looks the QPD finish is great, no flaws in the 4 that I have come to own. That's how much I believe in them, I put one in my father's, my brother's and my son's rifles including my own they all hold similar groupings....my son must have lucked out he gets .75 moa on a regular basis out of his.
