missing pins

received my lower parts kit and I was missing both of my takedown pins. I reached out to Dan @ AB arms and he wanted me to send the kit back. bad customer service! Now I have to pay S&H to send a the kit back and delay my build longer. My fault for ordering this lower parts kit.
