Gs 3105 gear sector 1 inch light mount
I ordered 2 of the gear sector gs3105. Just received. Neither will fit the surefire 6p as stated... one is 1 inch and 1/8. The other is about 5/8 in ring. Both boxes sealed as new. 5/8 didnt have booklet or instructions
Does not fit Surefire G2X pro
I purchased this for $25 on DVOR, I now know why it was marked down so far. On the website and even the pamphlet that comes with the light, it says it fits the G2X pro. However, the ring is too big to securely hold the G2X pro, even when cranked all the way down. Shame, because otherwise it seems to be a very solid, lightweight and low profile mount.

Light may need modification
Got this mount while it was on sale for $39. Only issue was that it’s specifically designed for use with a Surefire G2X Tactical but I had to add a layer of electrical tape to the light for it to fit. I know adding tape to the light isn’t a big deal but when a mount is designed for a specific light and it doesn’t fit out of the box it’s kinda a bummer. Recommend for someone that is on a budget and already has one of the compatible lights, but be ready in case it doesn’t fit and need to add some electrical tape. But wait for a sale.
