American Hunter Snare
I have not used this product yet. I have tested it. It appears to not launch the snare high enough to tighten above joint. It may work fine, but I doubt it will hold a large hog. From what I can see it should work ok on small hogs and coyotes. I will update this post if it works better than expected. It is easier to set than other similar traps. It would work better if the trap had a design that pushed the snare high on the leg.
Pros:
- Easy to set without tools.
Cons:
- 3 inch lauch height

- Small hogs and coyotes
