ATA badger 19 slide
Awesome slide on my polymer 80 build. I haven’t mounted a red dot yet but all of the strike industries parts I bought for the completion kit went to get her like butter. Looks awesome too in th odg cerakote with a silver barrel. Will update after I mount the red dot and do some shooting with it

A minor inconvenience
I do like the slides various features and I do feel it's a good buy for the money however I was under the impression it would be a simple parts swap to the new slide only when I tried to install the factory recoil spring into the new slide it dosen't have enough clearance to depress the spring plung...

Awesome versatility
The ambi Badger slide is easy to run on all my generation g19s and variants (G45, G19x). I simply take it off my Glock 45 and put it on my g19 gen 4 when I want to conceal carry. Please read carefully in the description for function. If you use a gen 3 lower parts kit and Gen 5 back plate, the slide can be used on all models. If you use a gen 3 or 4 back plate it can only be used on gen 1-4 models. I did but the strike industries adapter plate to fill the front gap space, but you don’t need it for function. The slide is light weight, finish is great, and I have been carrying it for years. This is my new go to slide! Can’t beat it for the money and nothing else like it on the market.

guide rod doesn't work on the slide.
Being that this slide is advertised as being compatible with Glock 19 Gen4, you would think that a stock guide rod would work on the slide, but it doesn't. It should be listed that you have to buy an aftermarket guide rod to use the slide.

Does not fit Glock 45
The guide rod and the extractor plunge do not fit my G45 unlike what the description says. It’s a cool slide though. Just doesn’t fit. I had to get the extractor plunge out of my Gen 3 G27 and it fit. But after all that headache the guide rod wouldn’t fit. If possible, I would recommend getting a fully assembled slide. I’m not sure if that’s an option though.
