Super easy and super fast to get on target. Just one flash of light from your torch on the sights, makes the photo luminescent paint glow so bright. My wife didn't like my XS Big Dots but she did liked the concept of their POA/POI, so I got these for her so she could maintain a traditional notch and post sight picture while getting the POA/POI concept of XS sight Systems. She loves them, I love them.
