These are combat sights. COVER your target (center of mass) with the front sight. Meant for rapid acquisition / close in targets. I combine this front sight with a blacked out rear sight (like the ICE Claw). With only the front sight tritium visible as you draw from holster, there is no confusion because your focus should only be on the front sight (focus on the front prevents "ghost" dots). In other words these sight by default cause you to focus on the tritium from sighton the draw, as you should. If you shine your carry penlight on the slide for a few seconds, you get photo luminescent illuminated front and rear sights.
Best Used for:
- Close in rapid acquisition

In my opinion the best sights made for giving you quick acquisition while target shooting. I'm almost as fast with these as I am with a red dot. The only downside is the glow in the dark material that is on the back and surrounding the tritium vial in the front fades away after about half an hour and needs to be recharged. If Ameriglo is listening it would be nice to have a horizontal tritium vial in the back.
Pros:
- very fast acquisition of target
Cons:
- Needs tritium vial in the back
Best Used for:
- Concealed carry and target shooting

Only sights I like to put on my Glocks durable and bright have a pen streamlight ready and go into any darkness with super glowing sights or just enough when no light is available with the tritium in the front sight

This sight set works okay on my G43, however I prefer the Ameriglo Hackathron sights for a G43 with the orange outline around the tritium. Seems to pop out more. Both work, I just like the Hackathorn’s better.

These Ameriglos are awesome. I consider them to be fairly close to Trijicons, and I've never had a problem. A buddy gave me a pair for my Glock 17 and I always shot great with them. Very bright front sight and easy to index for speed shooting. When I got a 43 I picked these up and they've run great so far. Rear sight has a semi-faint line but I mainly look for the front sight anyway... so not an issue for me. Highly recommend!

I bought these sights because (to be honest) they were cheaper than the XS Big Dots were. After getting them on the gun I really do like them a bit more and spatially they are much easier to use. Its Green Square into Black Square = Aligned. The front's were easier to install than I thought they would be, though the threads on the front sight were shorter than I expected. The Rears were difficult as heck without the MGW Sight tool. I attempted using a hammer and punch, then just the hammer. I boogered the rear pretty badly, and I was not able to get the sight all the way on. I went ahead an bought the MGW Sight tool, and that made things easier. I am going to have to replace the rear sight now that I have the right tool for the job.
Fun fact the TCAP and The Glock 43 Front sight post are the same its just the standard rear sight with the larger slide guns. I am leaning to getting the T-CAP on my Glock 35, the Glock 23 has the standard CAP Sights.
Pros:
- Cheap, sturdy, looks good
- Easy to use, accurate and affordable
Cons:
- difficult to install rear sight
