I've found that my eyes pick up "green" faster than "red", so I've installed green fiber optic sights on my firearms. When I purchased a Glock, I wanted to do the same, found the Ameriglo front sight ( same height as factory sight ), read some good reviews and bought one. Installation was easy ( thank you Glock ) and the results were outstanding. Now, my eyes are drawn to the front sight immediately and the fiber optic sight lines up nicely with the stock rear sight. Highly recommend as some help for "aged eyesight" especially.
