Excellent sights for practical/defensive shooting. Installed on four Glock pistols to replace plastic OEM sights. Installed and adjusted windage easily with MGW sight pusher. Point of aim is right on at 25 yards (depending on bullet weight). Very well thought-out sight design. Sharp, clear sight picture for both close and distance shooting. Narrow blade and wide notch simply works. Defoor shoots the sights at 85 yards (YouTube). Didn't need night sights. I carry a small 500 lumen flashlight for dark shooting (sights show up very well). Can't beat the Ameriglo quality or the low price.
Pros:
- Sight picture. Quality. Price
Best Used for:
- Practical/defensive pistol shooting

I bought these for a Glock 36 used for EDC. While they do not have tritium inserts, I have still been able to get good, solid hits in low-light shooting training. Being steel, they are a vast improvement over the stock plastic units that ship from the factory on the pistol. They are sturdy enough to be used for cocking on steering wheels, belts, etc, and seem to be very rugged.

shoots POA/POI @ 25 yards with a top-of-sight hold on my G21 gen4. excellent and well defined sight picture. great balance of speed and accuracy. Previously used Ameriglo i-dot pros and found that I was more accurate and less distracted with these sights.

These are great sights if you want a metal glock sight.Your groups will shrink shooting these compared to stock glock sights.I like these better than heine or novak.Great price also.Sight picture is crisp and clear with plenty of room to see whats going on downrange.
Best Used for:

I have been trying to get better at my local indoor range. I thought I just needed more practice. All the tvshows and online reviews show the use of the stock sights. I came across these in a YouTube video by Kyle defoor.
This let to many other reviews and they were all good reviews.
I took a chance and my first day at the range. My groupings improved. But the most unexpected part? My follow up shots were fast. There is no way I could do this with the stick sights. This was on my glock 17. I am now going to order this for my glock 19.
Very happy

I have tried other sights from different manufacturers for contrast sights for a Glock and the GT series are by far my favorite. The 500 set for Target and the 504 set for tactical use. The 504 set has a bit wider front post and a bit wider rear notch to help speed target acquisition. So if you want slow fire precision go GT-500 if your after something a bit more tactical then the GT-504 is you choice. I prefer black contrast sights for day use in general. I find equal height, equal light easier to establish without the distraction of dots or boxes that may or not deliver equal height as compared to the physical front and rear sight body.
My best target pistols like the Sig Sauer X5-L1 or the CZ TS come stock with black contrast sights. Gun manufactures know what works best for accuracy with their target guns; great for day use; not good for night use. Maybe adding a laser for night and keeping the contrast sights for day might actually work better for most shooters.
Pros: Economical, Best tactical / day use sight out there!
