A Brighter Picture
Excellent product for far-sighted eyes, or for anyone else. The orange ring provides faster front sight acquisition in daylight and the tritium night sight in it should match with any existing rear night sights. Trijicon actually makes this Ameriglo front sight but apparently only offers it in their front/rear sets. Ameriglo's factory support turned out to be excellent when my gunsmith had a problem with his installation tool. I am well-pleased.
Ameriglo Sig sight
This sight is great. The orange ring around the tritium really draws your eye to the sight during daylight, so much better than other tritium sights that I've had with the white ring. Optics Planet shipped product quickly also and at a fair price.

AmeriGlo Sig orange front sight
Good value. I used a sig xray3 rear sight and it matches up nice.You can pick up the color quickly over the white colored combat sights. I really prefer the higher sights like the trijicon HDs but these are a lower profile sight. This is my first AmeriGlo sight so we’ll see how it holds up.

One of the best
I shoot IDPA, USPSA and Steel Challenge and as an over 50 year older, my vision isn't as good as it used to be up close. I've used my different sights over they years and this is one of the best that I've used. Easy and fast to pick up the sight and acquire your target. Fit and finish were spot on. You won't be sorry.

Great front sight for faster target acquisition!
I am most definitely sold on this sight! I find that target acquisition is quicker because the sight alignment picture is much more defined with the orange out front as opposed to the normal 3 dot sight picture. The added color naturally draws my eyes to the front sight. I am at the age where I use 1.25 magnification readers, so normal shooting and alignment will continually become more blurry. This is a definite help. The glow in the dark feature is great too! I already had night sights on my pistol and left the rear sights as is. There is a slight difference in the glow of this one and the rear glow which also helps to define the front sight in low light scenarios!

Ameriglo front sight
Excellent value tritium sight with orange outline. I have a set of truglo tfx pro’s on my Glock and the Ameriglo is just as bright for a fraction of the cost. The install was very simple and the quality of the product was excellent. Optics planet is always the best at packaging and shipping and their prices are usually the best. Don’t over spend for other sights the Ameriglo’s are every bit as good and won’t break the bank.

Excellent Sight
Great sight, I replaced front nite sight on sig sauer. The color difference on front vs. all white is so much easier to locate. Easy to install and seems to be well built, highly recommend this sight as an upgrade to factory sights.

Night Sights!
Definitely worth the purchase to replace the truglo front sights I had on my SIG P226. It's very bright and you'll definitely see it, in either day or night. Installation with a breeze, and I didn't even need to use the SIG sight tool. Just be careful with your tool punch when replacing your sights! Target acquisition is quick and painless as well.

A relief and a game changer for old eyes
I recently purchased a Sig P320 with night sights and found the front sight dead. While I could have replaced it via warranty I already knew I wanted to improve my sight picture. After installing this sight I've done my most accurate, fastest shooting to date with my Sig. The sight really is a godsend for us with vision that is not quite what it was 20 or 30 years ago. This increases my confidence and gives me immeasurably better odds should I ever need this gun to defend myself.

Quick Sight
During low light and some normal light day shooting, my old feont sight was getting a little hard to see - this is a great option for getting that front sight back on target quickly with the bright orange ring, without losing the tritium for night sights.
It is best to use a sight pusher for this instalation, which if you don't have one, will cost you another $150-200 for a decent one.

Great front sight
This sight comes just as advertised- very bright and visible both in bright daylight and darkness. The fluorescent orange paint is high profile and facilitates quicker front sight acquisition and focus. The tritium insert is bright and very visible even in dusk-intensity low light conditions. It was very easy to install without requiring a sight pusher- no need to sand off any metal to achieve a good fit.
