Very easy to find front sight as you draw. The rear sight make it easy to align. I was hesitant at first but I love these. They do not get on the way. The front post is a .125 which makes it easy to hit distant targets. And a bright orange post helps with close up targets without needing sight alignment. Works almost like a red dot.
