Excellent sight combo that I first saw on a couple of talo GLOCKS, No light, ot low light-they are the best. And in bright daylight you wouldn't believe JUST HOW bright they are! I will install them on all of my GLOCKS eventually,

Easy to install. Very bright tritium dot on the front sight. I chose not to have tritium on the rear sight.

Ameriglo sights for Glock 17

The front sight dot is quite small and the tritium glow tube if very faint even in total darkness.
The rear sight is better than the original Glock sights as it does not have the distracting white "U" markings.
I find the rounded notch of these sights to be more natural than the square notch.
Unhappily these sights do not come with a front sight removal tool making the installation process more complicated than it should be.
Please note that the rear sight insertion is very very tight and requires considerable force and really needs the dedicated Ameriglo sight pusher tool - other tools are not strong enough to push this rear sight in.

very hard to push rear sight in

I Got These Sights For My PF940SC (80% G26 Gen 3 Build) To Replace The Polymer Sights That Come With The MDX ARMS G26 Slide. I Decided To Try These Instead Of Getting The Ameriglo I Dot Sights (I Have Those On My M&P M2.0) And So Far I Like These Better Than The I Dot Sights. These Sights We're Not Easy To Install. I Have Not Tested These Sights At The Range Yet, But I Will Make An Updated Review Once I Do.

Stand Out Irons

I am going to reiterate a lot of whats already been said. In an era where everyone is telling you that red dots are taking the jobs from the hard working iron sights ;) these stand alone. I have had Trijicon HD's on other pistols and but all my new purchases get Ameriglos. These minimal sights are eyes to pick up regardless of the lighting and allow the shooter to maintain absolute awareness of the target. The price is another standout. As seen here you can find them way below $100.

Ameriglo UC U-Notch Glock Sights

Great sights and for the price they are unbeatable! I like the low profile of these and the rounded edges of the rear sight compared to the Trijicon HDs. The HDs I have on another gun really tear up my side wearing IWB because the ledges on the Trijicons are so sharp. I have no problems with the UCs. I had switched almost entirely to the Ameriglo Spartan Operator sights but really prefer a U-notch rear, so I was excited when Ameriglo came out with these. And because there's no tritium in the rear, they're very inexpensive. Hard to go wrong. I do wish the front post was a little narrower but that's my only critique.

Cons:

Front post is a little wide, U-notch is a bit shallow.

Best Used for:

Self defense, concealed carry, fast and close range shooting

Amerigo sight

Help yourself

I swapped out my Trijicon night sights for a set of these Ameriglos. The combination of the blacked out rear and high vis orange big dot front is unbeatable! First day out on the range running dynamic pistol drills with these new sights was night and day over my old trijicons. Your eye can’t help but to see the hi-viz front sight. Noticeably speed up my shooting.

The best sight ever

These sights are minimal, but very effective. Easy to install and are strong. Made out of metal (not plastic).
I have purchased these for my glock 43,26, and two 19's.
I plan on using them on every pistol from this point forward.
Great item.

Awesome and Quality

the sights out if the box were very easy to install and blew my stock 43 sights out of the water. These sights were perfect for me to pick up quickly. the blacked out rear sight helped me focus allot more on that front post. sight picture and alignment were really good. i have similar warren tactical sights on my 19 but i think these may be better. at night the front sight is really easy to pick up and with a weapon light you can utilize them just as well as the daytime. awesome EDC sights , i would definatley recomend these.
