Most Helpful Positive Review Great Product but wrong picture

The picture shown appears to be for a factory mag release. The AO Mag release is a good 5/16" longer than factory and has a "paddle" shaped tip. The result is a REALLY nice release that is right sized (and larger than the competing brand which is only about 1/16" longer than factory.) I have 3 of these on various CZ rifles. They are the best I've tried bar none.

Looks amazing but it will cause bad round feeding

I notice that the pin hole was bigger than the original mag release, still went ahead and install it, find out that the pin been slopy cause the mag to drop below a bit and the round will not line up correctly to the chamber, causing lead deformation and brass damage when you try to feed the round, I will be returning it today, it won't work.

Exactly what I needed. An extended magazine release for my CZ457. Easy to install. Took a few minutes. Just finished a range session where it worked flawlessly. No issues, easy to use. Would definitely recommend this as a 457 upgrade.

Do yourself a favor and get it

If you've ever used a CZ 457 you know the mag release lever is absolutely tiny. While it works fine, it is very difficult to use without feeling around for it. If you are only going to use 5 round magazines it's probably nice to have because it sits so flush. However, if you're like most CZ owners you'll be using mostly 10rd or larger magazines 99% of the time. This mag release lever makes it way easier to drop your mag and even acts as a bit of an index point for loading a fresh magazine.

Cons:

None unless you're using only 5rd magazines. Then it might stick out too much.

Any CZ 457 / 455 /452
