Excellent product. Mich crisper trigger. Wish the manufacturers would put these on from tge start. Went from 6 pound pull to just over 4 which for me helped my grouping. Price was great althoigh DHL shipping is the slowest on the planet

Big upgrade

I was having an accuracy problem with my Hellcat and I figured out it was the heavy trigger so I ordered this trigger. It was fairly difficult to install so if you're not accustom to working on guns I suggest you take it to a gunsmith for installation. What a difference it made with my accuracy! I would say that this a 1rst requirement for upgrades and worth every penny.

Still pretth new to shooting. The install was pretty easy to do on my own following the videos. And the improvement on the trigger pull is crisp and resets well.

6.5lb pull

Great improvement over the stock hellcat trigger. I installed the trigger and springs and have shot 300-350 rounds with it. It pulls right at 6.5lbs, not sure how long the break in period is but I was under the impression this trigger would be closer to 5-5.5lbs. Either way I can live with it as this is my current carry pistol and not a competition gun.

  • Not quite a 5.5lb pull

Apex trigger for Hellcat

This trigger works better than Apex says. The factory trigger pull went from 6.2 to 7.1.. After I installed the Apex trigger it went to 5 pounds 1 ounce every pull and it is much smoother. I also installed it myself. I definitely recommend this trigger. Also the price from Optics Planet was the best price I found.

Alot better!

The trigger that comes with the hellcat pro is pretty bad considering pretty much everything I own has an aftermarket trigger. It just felt heavy and I felt like my accuracy was decreased because of it. I decided to give this trigger a shot because I love the apex on my 19x. So far so good! Clean break, lighter pull. What more can you ask for. Install was fairly simple with a punch set and instructional video. Pretty happy with it.

  • Lighter pull than stock trigger
Cons:
  • Not a big difference in reset length
Best Used for:
  • Hellcats and patriots

Watch the YouTube video for easy install

Easy install for a moderate handyman with a little patience. Loading the trigger bar into the trigger is the hardest part. Watch the Apex made videos and you can do it. It is a big improvement over factory trigger. Shorter pull, great tactile and audible reset, snoother all around. Be sure to oil as directed and do 200 round break in and you will be happy with it.
