I had a spare PSA Dagger hanging around that was fine, but I didn't really like the trigger. This was a great affordable upgrade. Installed easily enough (but note some minor differences from a normal Gen 3 Glock) and now performs great! I think it's a much cleaner take up and solid wall with a clean break. I'd definitely use again.

Decent trigger upgrade. Feels almost identical the the overwatch trigger, both had noticeable improvement over stock Shadow System trigger. Both overwatch and apex just did not make the trigger $100+ better for me. I returned this apex trigger and will be trying Timney next.

The Apex trigger kit is an improvement over the stock trigger in a Gen 4 Glock 34. It is lighter and smoother while retaining a good trigger reset. It does remove the hard wall then break of the stock trigger. I don't know if I would take this trigger over the trigger in my Gen 5 Glock 34.

Great upgrade for my PSA Dagger. I am glad I spent the extra money for the upgraded safety plunger, it improved the smoothness of the break. 4 star due to the fact that it doesn't leave a lot of room for my finger inside the trigger guard.

Let’s start with the positive…using the Apex video the trigger kit was very easy to install. After installation, I was hoping for a shorter trigger pull with a quicker reset; something like the Apex trigger kit I installed on my M&P. I was looking for something that was more competition oriented I could use in USPSA production division. While the take up may have been shortened a little, I didn’t feel it was significant nor did I think the reset was shortened significantly. I thought same Glock trigger characteristics were still there in terms of the wall and trigger creep, just lighter and smoother. I’ve ordered a new 3.5 lb. trigger connecter and trigger spring to see if that helps. Its a definite improvement over the stock trigger but I would look to buy it on sale.
Pros:
- Smoother and lighter trigger pull
Cons:
- Same Glock trigger characterisics

I bought two of these assuming they would be aluminum like my other one. Why would they do such a thing?! The aluminum one seems to function a lot better too. If I could go back in time I’d just get some oem Glock triggers and polish them for 1/6 the price. 2 stars for looking pretty sweet tho

I was throwing together a handful of p80 builds and wanted something special for my "high end" build for the trigger. The triggers with the parts kits are workable. Not bad, but far from the best. I got the apex trigger since it was consistently placed above other options by youtubers who's opinions I trust most. I have 0 regrets.
The trigger pull is clean, the break is crisp. It makes my PF920C feel like a store-bought $2000 pistol. If you're looking for an upgrade to your build, this is it.

This is a nice trigger. Way better than factory. Installed in a 17 gen 4. Very easy to install. Very smooth trigger pull. Nice reset. I have no complaints, but I like the Agency Arms trigger I put in a 19 gen 5 a little better. Both are great options. Definitely a good upgrade and worth the money.

Cannot get the trigger to break due to blade safety interference with frame. Does not work. Certainly not an enhancement or drop in. Waste of $123. The NBS lpk with trigger for $45 works 1000% better than this. Very displeased.
Cons:
- Not functional
- expenisive
Best Used for:
- Getting frustrated and disappointed
- Burning money

Ordered the Apex Tactical Specialties kit after trying most of the 'great ideas' floating on the web for fixing the P80 trigger issues. I have a fullsize G17 build and the base trigger kit that was supplied just wasn't cutting it no matter what I did (polished, sanded, motivated, etc). So after some thought I ordered this kit and with a quick drop in things worked flawlessy.
I highly recommend this kit if you are experiencing any issues with your build.
