ARCA attachment conversion from Picatinny
Switching from Picatinny to ARCA on my Atlas Bipod has made life easier for me. I'm able to use the bipod on my MDT ACC & ESS chassis with ease. I should have done this earlier.

I have three now because they fit the rail on my moa Matrix chassis with the competition rails.

Can damage an arcalock rail
I have reviewed this before, not I just noticed some damage on my arcalock rail that I hadn't mentioned before, in several places. Obviously this clamp has slipped on me several times and each time it damaged the teeth on my rail. I really cannot recommend this product and definitely encourage folks to go with the QD clamp instead. The recoil from my 308 just overpowered this clamp, which IMO is the entire reason for the arcalock system in the first place

Comes loose when shooting
I don't recommend this when used on a rifle/bipod. Comes loose very quickly and hard to notice when you're focused on shooting. Spend a little extra and get the qd clamp. I might use this for a spotting scope or something

Great Product! Area 419 ARCA Lock Clamp
I needed a solid ARCA Clamp for new bipod. I was aware of Area 419 brand, known for their great designs and high quality. This clamp is solid and well designed. It works great, no regrets on my purchase. Buy once, cry once? No need to cry when you get a product is this good vs take a risk with a cheap knock off.

Area419 quite literally never disappoints
One of those companies that exceeds expectations continually. This piece of gear is no different. Solid lock-up and works better than some of the alternative options that utilize a throw lever design because you can adjust the tension slightly to slide the bipod rearward if your shooting platform dictates it.

Bought this in conjunction with the pic adapter to allow me to mount my lerue qd. Now I have the same bipod I use on all my PRS platforms
