beware of design
this sling has good material and construction, a little thin for my taste, but i dont like the adjustment design. when adjusted tighter, you are pulling a tail out that just hangs there, flops around, gets in the way of reloads, etc. the biggest pain is that it can get tangled up the the loosening tab too. i would recommend magpul and blue force gear for a cleaner, more streamlined setup.

Light, Rugged, and Smooth
Hypalon sling offer a thin, lightweight material that is still strong and allows the adjustment slider to move easily when tightening or loosening.
A padded version would be nice but not at the expense of significantly thickening the sling.
