Love this laser!
I always put lasers on my carry pieces. I have always bought crimson trace lasers because of the instant on function, but have always hated how the crimson trace lasers don't have a master on/off switch, so that you can shut the laser off while at the range. Plus the CT lasers have the button that y...

Malfunctioning in less than four months
Bought unit in March, 2017 for my LC9. Now the laser won't stay on without manually holding the on-off button forward. Stated problem on Armalaser's on-line web site several days ago and have heard nothing from them. My Crimson Trace lasers have lasted several years.
Easy to fit
I like the mount, the switches and ease of use. Better than the very short sights

poor quality
One of the screws has thread issues. Armalaser would not assist. Do not recommend this Brand.

Perfect fit for Ruger LC9
Perfect fit, I will be buying another one for ny Beretta!
My advice for installing: First confirm you have the right model for your weapon. Install side with the battery housing first to the end closest to the gun grips by SLIDING it on the trgger guard all the way to the frip. Keep that in place while you press the rest over the trigger guard. Note...it may appear like it's not going to fit, it takes some maneuvering, but don't force it. If you get frustrated, STOP, take a breath and do it again with a cooler head, it will work just fine

Great product and great support!
When I first received the laser, it installed easily. It was behaving a little funny though, and the adjustments weren't quite going right. After working with tech support at Armalaser (I think it was 2 or 3 emails), they shipped me a replacement part for free! I didn't even pay shipping. The replacement installed and worked flawlessly.
Now, to the performance of the laser. If you are in DIRECT middle of day sunlight, you cannot really see it. I mean...you can, but it takes way longer to find the dot than to just use the default sights. Honestly any laser you could see in direct sunlight would probably be unsafe to you.
However, in just the lightest bit of shade, the laser is very visible. As the sun gets lower it becomes visible in sunlight, and is stunningly bright with even moderate darkness.
I really like the activation method. You just pull the gun out and use it - you don't even have to think about. Great invention!

Red laser sight for Ruger LCP
Easy instaltion, easy battery instaltion, very unique on off feature which I do like very much because I bought it for my wife's 380, and this way she doesn't have to worry about turning the laser on, if she pull's it to use, the laser is on and ready! I defenitly would recommend anyone to purchase one because there is no thinking you grip the pistol in your normal grip and the laser is on and ready, "NO THINKING"!!!
Pros:
- Everything about it
Cons:
- None
